HARDWARE (MEX) Tape LP 90
HARDWARE was born in 1991 mading the first demo called CIBER DEATH , was produced and recorded by us in a 8 chanels mixer in a hardware store, the songs are:
(Intro) THE UNKNOWN
SKATOLOGICAL ENCOUNTER
THE ULTIMATE SOLUTION
START TO THINK
SEASONS OF BELIEF
UNORTODOX SIGHT
CIBER DEATH
EVEN DEATH CAN DIE
Luiz Ahumada GUITAR & KEYBOARDS
Juan Carlos Guerrero VOCALS
Ernesto Catalan DRUMS
Valentin Segura BASS
Jorge Ruiz GUITAR
After few concerts, the band was change it with new players like:
Rodolfo Cueva BASS
Manuel Reveles DRUMS
and finally ROMAN in the PREHISPANIC INSTRUMENTS
That made HARDWARE in couple years one of the best performance in mexico, using fire on stage, stronger sounds, terrorific and weird keyboards effects, and new ritms inside the own style like nobody, the ciber death style made it possible.
HARDWARE made his second production called SOUL VORTEX was an 7" EP on INNSMOUTH RECORDS ( Thanks to Juan Carlos Ruiz) in 1992.
The songs on that EP are:
side A
CHANTS OF EVIL
FURTHER THE HILLS OF DREAM
side B
CYBERNETICAL ILLUSION
SOULS VORTEX
In that time HARDWARE doesn´t like how we mix this record, like many bands in that time doesn´t have much experience and the studios on have lot fear with the new stronger sounds, but that doesn´t made stop creative new songs, HARDWARE play a live a lot times, different cities in most of center, north of mexico and home, Guadalajara, Jalisco.
In december 1992 they play in the WISKEY A GO-GO (Hollywood Ca.) HONG KONG LOW ( Chinatown on L.A.) and other places, HARDWARE really appreciate all the support we recieve in USA , specially Juan Carlos from DEMOLITION who play BASS with us at wiskey a go-go, DINO CASARES from FEAR FACTORY,ROBERT, and many, many friends.
